Life Changing Services offered by Restorative Horizons Quest, Inc.
* School Consultation Services. More than 40% of Black males are removed from school roles due to dropping out or being pushed out. To change this critical data, we offer Professional Development and Administrative Development on "Turning schools into Restorative Sanctuaries where the trauma cycle is addressed and where Black males succeed".
* Judicial Diversion Services. Because statistic show that 1 out of 4 black males who drops out of school will recieve a prison system, we rigorously offer the criminal justice courts alternatives to prison sentencing for males of color and other individuals with Restorative Justice implementation.
* Transforming Student Life on College Campuses Services. It is important that we keep our students in school even at the college levels. Statistics show that for black males who graduate college, the likelihood of going to prison diminishes by 80% or more. Therefore, we seek to help Colleges and Universities, particularly HBCUs to improve their Judicial Review Process where wrongdoing is addressed in a manner where the doer is separated from the deed and the doer repairs the harm and transform into a leader.
