Restorative Practices is a researched proven best practice to lower misconduct and improve school culture by replacing punitive justice with Restorative Justice models. Restorative Justice is Justice that heals all involved in the wrong doing while improving school culture and making schools safe for all. RHQ, Inc. aims to assist schools, organizations, families and individuals to address the pains of trauma, chaos and lost. Our trusted process for acknowledging and healing trauma, while instilling self identity and worth for students of African descent is called Cultural Restorative Practices.
